Four arrested for possessing meth materials
URBANA – Four Vermilion County residents remained in the Champaign County jail this morning after being charged with having the precursors for methamphetamine.
Appearing in Champaign County Circuit Court on Wednesday were David Hopkins, 22, of Oakwood, Brian O'Neill, 31, of Tilton, and Ashley Stevens, 22, and Patricia Rapp, 17, both of Danville. All were charged with a Class 2 felony for having pseudoephedrine tablets intended for use in the production of methamphetamine.
