Vermilion county's unemployment rate increases in June
DANVILLE – Vermilion County's unemployment rate jumped to 6.3 percent in June, up from 5.5 percent in May.
Meanwhile, Danville's unemployment rate rose to 7.3 percent in June, up from 6.5 percent in May, the state Department of Employment Security reported.
