Prosecutors still investigating man's death by drug overdose

DANVILLE – Vermilion County prosecutors are still deciding whether to file charges against a 21-year-old Hoopeston man in connection with another man's fatal drug overdose.

"We're still investigating," State's Attorney Frank Young said of whether Timothy Dalton played a role in the June 13 death of John Morgenroth.
