Second man accused in armed robbery
URBANA – A second man has been charged with an armed robbery in Champaign last month.
Charles Brown, 32, who listed an address in the 3200 block of West John Street, Champaign, was arraigned Monday on charges of armed robbery and robbery, accusing him of robbing a Champaign resident of the 1600 block of Williamsburg Drive on July 18.
