Danville mayor says state shutdown won't hurt city

DANVILLE – If state officials fail to pass a budget, the city will be OK.

Mayor Scott Eisenhauer told the city council Tuesday that state funding provides three revenue sources to the city: income tax, corporation replacement tax and state-use tax.
