Ex-Parkland president takes position in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Former Parkland College President Zelema Harris has been named interim chancellor of the St. Louis Community College system, one with four campuses and 130,000 students.
At a special meeting Tuesday, board members unanimously picked Harris, who will begin her appointment Aug. 20.
