Judge declares mistrial in Urbana drug case
URBANA – Despite six hours of deliberation, a Champaign County jury could not reach a verdict Wednesday in the trial of a Champaign man accused of having cocaine intended for sale.
Dmitrius Hall, 27, who listed an address in the 1500 block of Queen's Way Drive, was charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver about 120 grams – just over 4 ounces – of cocaine.
