Mahomet board approves changes to traffic on two streets

MAHOMET – The Mahomet Village Board approved changes to two traffic laws at its study session Tuesday night.

After the board gives formal approval, which should happen later this month, the speed limit on Mid-America Road will be lowered from 55 to 35 mph, and parking will be prohibited on both sides of Sunny Acres Road.
