13-year-old crashes vehicle, injures four near Penfield
PENFIELD – Four people were injured when an underage driver wrecked a car north of Penfield on Tuesday afternoon.
Champaign County sheriff's Sgt. Dan Coile said about 2:45 p.m. a 13-year-old Fisher girl was driving a car north on County Road 2700 E approaching 3175 N when she reached out to hand something to her front-seat passenger, Jonathan Peterson, 23, also of Fisher.
