Baldwin officially announces his candidacy
DANVILLE – In a downtown Danville restaurant Wednesday morning, Danville Alderman Terry Baldwin started "a new journey" that he hopes will lead him to Springfield in 2009.
At the Deluxe Restaurant, Baldwin, an Urbana High School teacher, gathered with friends and family, including his wife, Donna, to officially announce his candidacy as a Republican for state representative in the 104th district.
