Sentencing set for third man in kidnapping
URBANA – A third man admitted a role in the kidnapping of Champaign businessman Antonio Aguas-Navarro from behind his business at La Bamba last year.
Arturo Castro Estrada, 37, of Hillsboro, could be sentenced to up to three years in prison for misprision of a felony. He pleaded guilty Friday to the federal charge. Magistrate Judge David Bernthal set sentencing for Nov. 20.
