Police to crack down on school-zone violators
CHAMPAIGN – As school begins, Champaign police will continue to enforce traffic laws, and they are looking to the public for help.
"There is a tremendous need to ensure the safety of our children to and from school and it will take a concerted effort from the entire community," said Champaign Police Chief R.T. Finney.
