Champaign police squad car's back window kicked out
CHAMPAIGN – A man arrested for disorderly conduct expressed his displeasure by kicking out a squad car window Friday night, according to police.
Champaign police came to the intersection of University Avenue and Walnut Street just before midnight and arrested Carlos Juan Rivera, 30, who gave an address in the 100 block of South Lynn Street, Urbana. The charge was disorderly conduct.
