Sentencing due for fourth man in kidnapping case

URBANA – A fourth man faces sentencing for a role in the kidnapping of a LaBamba Restaurant owner last year.

Rafael Orlando Villalobos-Beltran, 25, of Charleston pleaded guilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Urbana to a charge of misprision of a felony. Magistrate Judge David Bernthal took the plea and will forward a recommendation to Chief District Judge Michael McCuskey.
