Two robberies committed by groups of men reported

Police in Urbana and Champaign are investigating robberies by groups of young men.

Urbana police arrested three men early Thursday following a robbery in the 1200 block of South Lierman Avenue. According to an Urbana police report, arrested for robbery and mob action were Dante Anderson, 17, who listed an address in the 1600 block of Ivanhoe Way, a 15-year-old juvenile and Robert L. Spears, 23, who listed an address in the 1100 block of South Lierman Avenue.
