Ogden woman suing ex-husband for children's deaths

DANVILLE – An Ogden woman has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against her ex-husband, claiming that he drove drunk in June and caused the death of their two children.

Emily Heer's suit also names Turtle Run Golf Club in Danville as a defendant, saying the business sold Keith W. Heer the alcohol that caused his intoxication.
