Rantoul man hit with 2nd round of marijuana charges

CHAMPAIGN – A Rantoul man, already facing charges of having a large amount of marijuana, faces new charges of having about a pound of the drug.

Troy Fonville, 32, who listed an address in the 1700 block of Pointer Drive, Rantoul, formerly of Champaign, was arraigned Friday on a Class 3 felony charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
