Emergency agency director won't renew his contract

DANVILLE – Vermilion County Emergency Management Agency Director Bob Huff submitted a letter Tuesday to Vermilion County Board Chairman Jim McMahon asking that his contract with the county not be renewed for another year.

Huff's letter did not say why he is choosing not to renew his director's contract, which ends Nov. 30. And Huff could not be reached for comment Tuesday.
