Man arrested after crash that killed 2

PAXTON – A Paxton man who police say lied about his identity has been arrested in connection with a fatal accident last month near Momence.

Travis M. Elkins, 34, was issued tickets Tuesday for driving with a suspended license, driving without a valid commercial driver's license and obstructing justice, state police said.
