Murder suspect granted bond

DANVILLE – Circuit Judge Dale Cini granted bond Tuesday to Ryan E. Allhands, who faces murder charges in the 2006 shaking death of his then-girlfriend's 2 1/2-year-old daughter, Reagan Williams.

Since his July arraignment on four counts of first-degree murder, Allhands, 21, of Tilton, has been held in the Vermilion County Jail without bond.
