Woman convicted of residential arson
URBANA – A Champaign County jury Wednesday convicted a homeless woman of setting fire to her boyfriend's grandmother's house.
Crystal Myrick, 30, who was living in Indiana before coming to Champaign last December, had been charged with residential arson for setting fire to the home of Betty Zook, 78, of 806 E. Park St., U, last Dec. 27.
