Historic preservation, conservation on Urbana council agenda
URBANA – The city council will consider historic preservation incentives, city review of demolition permit applications and whether to allow neighborhood conservation districts when it meets Monday night as the committee of the whole.
The committee meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine St.
