Champaign council to consider bond issues
CHAMPAIGN – The city council will discuss in study session Tuesday night a plan to issue $50 million in bonds over the next four years to pay for several capital projects.
The study session will follow the council's regular meeting, which starts at 7 p.m. in council chambers in the Champaign City Building, 102 N. Neil St.
