Bresee Tower owner pays up

DANVILLE – The owner of Bresee Tower has sent its portion of the money needed to pay for a structural survey necessary to lure a developer.

Earlier this year, Vermilion County officials and the Danville City Council agreed to each pay about $15,500 toward the cost to assess the building's terra cotta surface, contingent upon the participation of the owner.
