Restoration Ministries board, Ameren meet on rates
CHAMPAIGN – A lapse in filing state paperwork kept Restoration Urban Ministries from qualifying for some financial help from AmerenIP, though officials say they're working to rectify the problem before an Oct. 12 deadline.
Restoration is not registered as a nonprofit corporation in good standing because the agency failed to file the proper forms in time, officials said Friday.
