Paxton council halts heated raffle discussion
PAXTON – A heated discussion about the raffle house in Paxton came to a sudden halt Monday as the Paxton City Council voted 5-1 to silence a resident requesting answers from Mayor Bill Ingold.
Resident Scott Stocking raised issues with the council about the legality of the newest raffle license issued to a charity for the operation of King Richard's Raffle House.
