Lincoln Square owner seeking amended pact with Urbana
URBANA – The owner of Lincoln Square Village is asking the city to drop a requirement from a redevelopment agreement that he must build apartments at the downtown mall.
Jim Webster, president of Lincoln Square Village Inc., said at Monday's city council meeting that while he is still considering adding apartments, he wants the requirement removed.
