Hoopeston teacher found innocent
DANVILLE – A Vermilion County jury found a Hoopeston teacher innocent Tuesday of obstructing justice charges that stemmed from a police investigation into fake currency.
Kelley Goodrum, 40, of Hoopeston, was charged with one count of obstructing justice and a second count of attempted obstruction of justice. The jury found her innocent of both Tuesday night after the one-day trial.
