Veteran UI officer selected to lead Police Training Institute
The University of Illinois has named a veteran university police officer as the new head of its Police Training Institute.
Kris Fitzpatrick, currently interim chief for UI police, will assume the director's position at the institute on Nov. 16, pending approval by the UI Board of Trustees at its Nov. 14 meeting.
