Authorities investigate pepper spray attack on man
URBANA – Police are investigating a report by an Urbana man who said he was sprayed in the face by what he believes to be pepper spray Monday.
The 20-year-old Urbana man told University of Illinois police that he was walking near the Undergraduate Library, 1402 W. Gregory Drive, U, about 1 a.m. Monday when he was approached by two acquaintances riding bicycles.
