Proposed Danville tax levy up nearly 5%
DANVILLE – Mayor Scott Eisenhauer proposed a $6.42 million tax levy Tuesday night – a nearly 5 percent increase over last year.
The request is up 4.98 percent over last year's $6.12 million levy. The city would be required to have a public hearing if the request is at least 5 percent over last year's.
