Former director sues to recover money from Danville group
DANVILLE – A trial is set for this afternoon in a small-claims lawsuit filed by the former executive director of Renaissance Danville Inc. against the nonprofit organization.
Bob Yapp of Danville filed the claim on Oct. 11 in Vermilion County Circuit Court, claiming Renaissance owes him more than $6,000.
