Suspect in Haigh deaths agrees to transfer
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – A man accused of a grisly double murder in Champaign signed a waiver of extradition and will be brought back to face prosecution.
Kenneth Sean Kelly, 35, whose last known address was Johnson City, Tenn., waived extradition in Washington County Court Tuesday. He was being held on a fugitive warrant from Illinois for the murders of Jerry and Sue Haigh of Champaign.
