Help take universe's baby picture
You already could use your home computer to help look for extraterrestrial life and figure out the complicated folding of protein molecules, which governs so much of what happens in the body, among other "distributed computing" projects.
Now, thanks to some University of Illinois researchers, you can help create a baby picture of the universe, too.
