Police seeking man in connection with attacks on campus
Champaign and University of Illinois police are looking for a man they believe may be responsible for two recent attacks on women on campus.
Police would like to speak to a man who has been reported to have displayed a foreign identification card with the name Fernando Rizo-Perez. They believe the identification may be fake. He is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall with an average build.
