Arthur close to hiring new village administrator

ARTHUR – The village of Arthur could have a new administrator in place as soon as Dec. 1, if officials can work out a contract with their chosen candidate.

Mayor Dave Conlin said the village board voted unanimously Thursday to offer Teddy Ryan of Beaver Creek, Ohio, a contract for the administrator position.
