Vermilion County AARP chapter disbanding

DANVILLE – The November meeting of the Vermilion County Chapter of the AARP will be bittersweet.

Mary Lou Spain will portray Sara Delano Roosevelt, mother of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in the program, which is a club favorite. But that only means the organization will go out on a high, as the Nov. 20 is the last for the local chapter.
