Consultant will address jail space concerns
TUSCOLA – The Douglas County board on Wednesday hired a consultant to make recommendations to improve the Douglas County Jail.
The board voted 7-0 for a $5,000 contract to Kimme and Associates of Champaign to conduct an overall needs assessment of the jail.
