Men in La Bamba case sentenced
URBANA – Two men who admitted to helping in the kidnapping last year of a La Bamba restaurant owner were sentenced to prison.
U.S. Central District of Illinois Chief Judge Michael McCuskey on Wednesday sentenced Rafael Orlando Villalobos-Beltran, 36, of Charleston to two years in prison. The judge on Tuesday also sentenced Arturo Estrada, 36, of Hillsboro to two years.
