Mathematica's maker plans to add jobs

CHAMPAIGN – Wolfram Research plans to add as many as 75 jobs in the next few months – and in areas that may seem uncharacteristic for the maker of Mathematica software.

"We're bringing in people who are in academic disciplines not normally associated with a computational software ... company," said Marcus Wynne, Wolfram's public relations manager. "We'll be actively recruiting disciplines like agriculture, food science, veterinary medicine."
