Most teens at Tuscola drinking party won't be charged
TUSCOLA – Most of the young people involved in a drinking party in rural Tuscola on Nov. 17 will not face criminal charges.
The party at a building formerly known as CaDics, west of Tuscola, took place the evening of Tuscola's state semifinal victory over the Arcola Purple Riders.
