Paxton baby sitter given supervision in abuse case
PAXTON – A Paxton teen was sentenced to 24 months of court supervision for battering a child she baby-sat this summer.
Ford County Circuit Judge Steve Pacey said the sentence is the most appropriate punishment for 17-year-old Stephanie M. Glad, who pleaded guilty in September to charges that she hit, dragged and grabbed the arm of a 3-year-old child in her care.
