Weather warning system set to be unveiled in Tolono
TOLONO – Officials believe Tolono's new outdoor weather warning system will help protect more people.
The new system will be unveiled next week when the village conducts its first monthly test. The $70,000 system, consisting of three sirens, will be audible in all areas of town, alerting residents of potentially harmful conditions such as tornadoes and high winds.
