Home ruined but nobody hurt
URBANA – A fire Friday destroyed a rural Urbana home.
The home was unoccupied. Steve Thuney, chief of the Carroll Fire Protection District, said the resident and his dog had left about an hour before the 9:07 a.m. alarm and noticed nothing unusual at the home.
