Longtime officer settles in as director
CHAMPAIGN – After 30 years as an officer and administrator with University of Illinois police, Kris Fitzpatrick hopes to lead the Police Training Institute to continued excellence.
"I have come into an organization that is the premier police training program in the state," Fitzpatrick said. "The people here feel pride, not only in what they do, but also what the recruits do as they go out into our communities to serve as police officers."
