Proposal to develop on West Newell up for vote
DANVILLE – Two agreements are up for a vote on Tuesday that could place a convenience store and gas station at the northwest corner of West Newell Road and Bowman Avenue.
The city council will consider a zoning petition Tuesday by Paul Offutt of Security Ventures Inc. to develop 5 acres of land in the West Newell Road-Bowman Avenue area.
