Woman killed in accident; 3 injured
A Saturday-morning crash on southbound Interstate 57 left an Indiana woman dead and three others with minor injuries.
The woman, 45-year-old Josefina Sierra, was ejected from a 1991 Toyota pickup truck driven by 44-year-old Saul Sierra near I-57's Monticello Road exit. The single-vehicle crash occurred at about 6:15 a.m., according to Illinois State Police.
