Villa Grove tax levy request decreases
VILLA GROVE – The Villa Grove School District's 2007 tax levy request will be $150,000 less than last year.
Superintendent Steve Poznic cited a decrease in the amount levied for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and smaller bond payments as the key reasons for the reduced amount.
