Danville rental ordinance on agenda
DANVILLE – The city council's public services committee will consider revisions to the city's rental-registration ordinance Wednesday night, but their work will only be a first step to improve city housing.
An advisory committee last week finalized its recommendations, which include an annual registration fee and stiffer penalties for landlords who fail to register their rental property.
