No bet yet between governors

A spokeswoman for Gov. Rod Blagojevich said she doesn't know whether he and California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger would make a friendly wager on the Rose Bowl game.

"We never solicit them," Rebecca Rausch said. "Governors usually come to us, so we'll see if their office calls. They usually do."
